Am I in the wrong here ?? In puts?

I tested positive for covid and I call the Dr office Friday they said I needed to wait to have my two children who's 1 & 6 months to wait until I test positive I got my results Saturday. My grandfather called today to have them tested along with his two kids bc I have been over there everyday and we all have been sick they said until they get worse then bring them in to be tested because they are busy and they are short staffed and just don't have time, so I called back and told them I needed my children tested, she said she Already talked to my grandfather I told her that I know she did and I still wanted my kids tested today instead of waiting until they get even more sick, so she made the appointment and said I can be there to find someone else to bring them (which I'm ok with that ) they are just know getting over RSV , and out the ER and I feel there to young to just be whatever about it? Can Dr offices tell you no about getting your children tested for things u ask to be done ??
