So I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis (paralyzed stomach-makes me vomit 24/7 without medical intervention) in 2018 and in 2019 lost my first baby at 10weeks from super severe hg due to my condition.

In Jan 2020 I got a gastric stimulator surgery (I have a box under my skin next to my belly button with wires that go into my stomach and shock it) and it’s saved my life.

Finally my partner of 4 years and I are ready to start trying for a baby. I’ve been on the Xulane patch since December 2019 and just took my last patch off on Saturday. Expecting to bleed today and begin the first cycle of my TTC journey.

Hoping I don’t get so sick once we conceive now that I have my condition under control! 🤞🏻
