I just got vaccinated for covid, but I’m a bit nervous!

Hello everyone! I’m a 18 year old female who has extreme anxiety, especially health anxiety.

My mother works in the medical field and assured me the vaccine was safe. I got the first dose of moderna ( I think that’s how you spell it ) vaccine. It just made my arm hurt and made me feel tired and a bit of brain fog but other then that I feel normal. I even did yard work today and some arts and crafts.

I did the worst thing possible and began to look on Reddit and google about stuff… and found the following claims

• The moderna/phizer vaccine will kill you within 3 to 5 years

•The moderna/phizer vaccine will cause blood clots and kill you

•The moderna/phizer vaccine will cause somthing around ur heart to swell and kill you

• The moderna/phizer vaccine will make you like a zombie.

And so many other claims that make the vaccine seem not safe.

I’m so scared, does anyone have any information on these claims?
