I found out that I’m pregnant last Thursday. I am 4 weeks and 2 days. I found out early at 8 & 9 DPO. A few minutes ago, I just started spotting .. pink/reddish blood. I noticed it when I wiped. I went to go and get my blood drawn this morning to confirm my pregnancy and on my way home I started getting period like cramps. When I got home and went to the bathroom, that’s when I wiped I saw blood. Does this mean I’m having a miscarriage? I’m so worried. I called my doctor and left a voicemail so I’m waiting to hear back.
