Help!

I WENT YO THE ER AND SPENT THREE HOURS THERE. They tested my blood to make sure I wasn’t losing too much they gave me a pelvic exam and they sent me in the way saying if I continue bleeding heavy to come back in to get my blood tested to make sure I didn’t lose too much... I been bleeding un controllably and this morning I’m again SICK OF IT I just want it to stop I literally want to cry!!!!!! I wore tow pads last night and woke up like this (check comments for picture) WHAT DO I DO I JUST WANT TO STOP BLEEDING!!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!

Period since September of 2018 when I got pregnant

I breastfed my daughter for a year and that explained why I didn’t have a period for so long.. I started bleeding lightly for 4 month and I’d stop for a few days then I stopped for a week but other then that I’ve been buying pads and tampons every few weeks hoping it would go away by itself. I finally scheduled a obgyn appointment and they checked my thiroid and something else... test came back normal so they started me on mili... I’ve been bleeding this whole time I’ve been taking them for three weeks. I’m almost to the last week and about a week ago I started my “real period” this was different then the 4 month long “period” I’ve been having I actually had cramps.. I was bleeding somewhat heavy. This big glob of stuff came out of me! (First picture) this was not abnormal because in the very beginning of all this bleeding I was having huge blood clots but I was taking metforman for high insulin.. however I’ve never had a glob this big some out of me... fast forward to yesterday... my stomach felt like something was wrong.. crappy wrong. I was really really tired ! But today I’ve been having bad HORRIBLE cramps I feel like I’m in labor! And the more cleaning I do the more it hurts and the more clots come out! I’m stuck between going to the hospital or sticking it out.. idk what’s wrong but it hurts! Has anyone ever delt with this? Am I going to be okay??k I’m taking the birth control called mili
