Hgc question

Hi guys I had a ultrasound and a transvaginal scan today which is 6 weeks from my last menstrual cycle. During the scans they didn’t find anything as they suspect I may only be maybe 3-4 weeks potentially so they tested my hgc levels and it came back as 268, has anyone had anything similar in the 3-4 of pregnancy in terms of hgc? Any advice will be appreciated as I’m supposed to have my bloods checked again on Thursday but so stressed as I been trying for years and this is my first proper pregnancy.
