And I definitely wouldn’t call AJ or Jaxon unusual. AJ is pretty basic, and Jaxon is the most common baby name in the US (when you account for its multiple spellings).

Names aren't my style but I personally wouldn't hyphenate. I, myself, have a hyphenated name and it has been a total nightmare as an adult. It is my first name that is hyphenated though and not my middle. Things like medical bills being sent to my house being denied by insurance because doctors filed my name incorrectly so it didn't match insurance, usually because they somehow swap the hyphenated name around. And then having to be on the phone with doctors and the insurance companies for hours getting it straightened out.

I would drop Ace, but it's up to you. I think we all forget we don't really call people by their full names often enough for it to matter to anyone but you as a parent and them when they fill out paperwork as an adult.

I too like the names individually just not together,  my sons names are Noel Orion, and Leo Alexander.  I also loved the name Theodore ( theo) and Joel, Samuel,  Giovanni.

Since you asked for opinions...I would go with Jackson Xavier (Jaxon if you must) or Xavier Ace. Coming from a teacher, please don't give your child 4+ names or a hyphenated name. It will make their life difficult on many levels - especially for legal matters. Abnormal spellings can be fun for the parents but not for the child as well.
