Plan B effectiveness

Okay so this will probably be a very dumb question. My husband and I both know it was a very immature action but Sunday night about 11:30-12ish and Monday morning around 9:30 am we had AMAZING but unprotected sex. I’m currently trying to figure out what BC I’ll be sticking to since I didn’t like having to take the pill everyday so I’m obviously not on a regular method of BC with that being said he finished inside both times and it didn’t click to me that on both this app and on Flo it’s my ovulation window. I took the plan B Monday at around 2:30pm. Should I be concerned or worried? I know the directions said the sooner the better or within 72hrs. We’re just not ready for baby #2 so please don’t judge us.
