Anyone else dealing with a baby in occiput posterior (OP) position? Where the baby is head down but is facing towards the front instead of the back? AKA “sunny side up”…. I went in for my appointment yesterday and my midwife said the reason why I’m not having consistent contractions is because baby is posterior and not able to put enough pressure on my cervix. I am 40 + 1 today and I’m absolutely miserable… Anyone else gone through this and what did you do to get baby flipped over?
