Depends on the context. I wont say it in a sexual way but my fiance has a daughter so i call him daddy around her because to her thats dad. Its weird to me if its meant sexually but not when his daughter is with us.

I call my boyfriend Papa Bear and he calls me Little Bear. There's a pretty big age gap so it's kind of a joke, and I don't call him "daddy" (which I use for my actual father).
