It has been 3 weeks since my miscarriage and I had cramps the first few days of the miscarriage but none since. My bleeding stopped after 8 days and hasn't come back. However, the last two days I have been cramping like AF is coming but it's only been 3 weeks and at 2 weeks my HCG level was at 58 still. I can't imagine AF is coming that quickly. I can't believe that its ovulation pains because I have no cervical mucus discharge and my levels would still be too high for that. Did anybody else experience this?
