Castor oil?

So I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant with no intentions on trying this till much later around my due date, but I recently read an article on castor oil and naturally inducing labor. My question is, who has used it and did it work? And is the explosive diarrhea worth the results lol? I honestly feel like my daughters going to come early so I'd likely not need it anyway, but reading it has got me really curious as to if it works and what some of you expirienced when you took it. How many weeks were you when you took it? How long did it take to work? What did you mix it with, etc. 😊
