A good childhood friend of mine had ultrasounds at her house and I saw them . I asked her if they were hers and she said yes. There were no names on them and it was twins. She confessed to me that she got them online and was using them to tell her soon to be ex that they were expecting. He doesn’t want to be with her anymore for whatever reason and she thinks this will make him stay. I want to tell him but I don’t know how
