How do I track BBT??

Question

Can someone please explain vaginal bbt to me? I just started and I’m not sure where I should be before ovulation, during ovulation and after ovulation. I started yesterday. And I just took my vaginal this morning and I was 98.3. Not sure if that’s too high or what.

Its all about patterns. Individual temps really don't matter. You aren't "too high" or "too low." You need to chart your temp every day and look for a temp shift from "low" to "high." I prefer the Fertility Friend app for tracking as it will tell you when they think you ovulated based on the temps.
