Should I be concerned 🤔

Ever since my first surgery (bronchial Thermoplasty)

last year in October, I’ve had constant leg swelling which I NEVER had before. I’ve been tested for blood clots and they said there are none. The pics with the circle ⭕️ on my leg are of the other night. The dark one is 1:55 am and the lighter one is over an hour later after 2:09 am. It took that long for the indent to go away. Now, the same leg is turning red and hurts as well as swelling. I’ve been off steroids for nearly 2 months so it’s not caused by them. This has only started since last October. I changed my diet, started drinking more water, exercising, and it’s still swelling. The other leg does swell some but not nearly as dramatic as this one. It feels like I’m walking on a water balloon. I’ve changed shoes, I’ve tried new socks, it does it even when I’m not wearing shoes. My D-Dimer test was suspicious, but they said there was no blood clot 🤨
