Doc thinks baby is a girl

Had ultrasound today 11 weeks 5 days and she saw a nub said if it goes one way it's a boy and goes the other it's a girl. She said her opinion was that it is a girl. Has anyone ever been told this? I heard it wasn't even possible to tell until after 16 weeks. Opinions please
