Best pads for post partum?

I don’t remember what I used with my first born, I did use the ones I got in the hospital for awhile but then I ran out lol. 
What do you recommend? I personally don’t want the underwear kind, I don’t think I bled too much with my first.

i just used the ones i use while on my period (U by Kotex pads are my favorite, especially the heavy flow ones) but honestly i loved the convenience of the always discreet diapers. they felt like regular underwear and i didn’t have to worry about bleeding through anything.

I used the Kotex overnights after I ran out of the hospital pads. On a slightly related note, Frida makes really comfortable disposable underwear for anyone who feels they wish they had more hospital undies for those early days when you’re still bleeding a lot! They come in two different cuts and were a lifesaver for me.

The hospital ones for a couple of days and then I just used whatever pads I normally prefer. I got them in all the sizes.

I liked the Always Flexfoam or the Stay free pads! They were incredibly soft and didnt irritate my stitches at all. I also didnt bleed that much with either of my births (one csection & then a vaginal)  and i found that these were perfect for what i needed
