Driving myself crazy

How do you know if you’re leaning amniotic fluid? I lost part of my mucus plug yesterday at 29.2. Today I’ll feel random gushes but nothing touches my pad, it’s just when I wipe and it’s clear. I’ve worn a pad all day and there’s never any liquid but sometimes I swear I feel leaking. It could be urine. I’ve talked to on-call and they just say to come in if I’m soaking a pad. I do have low amniotic fluid, but they think I’m dehydrated so I’ve been drinking like crazy to up it. If you’re water is leaking, would it start and stop???
