There's a difference between being nice and being kind. Right now you're being nice. Your allowing her to keep these delusions going and keeping to yourself the truth. It's time to be kind. Tell her the truth, let her know about the biological aspect of miscarriage and that she's truly not experiencing it since all of her tests are negative and her doctor's would be honest with her if she had one, let alone three in a row. She deserves to know the truth and you can give her that. What she decides to do after that is on her. If she's having a psychotic break, which can happen under stressful circumstances, or she's looking for attention, blocking reality etc, she'll push you away. That's fine. You'll be fine and she'll be fine, sort of. But always choose kindness over niceness. Kindness shoes you truly care for this person, not what it might do to you or your friendship if you say something

Oh man. That’s rough. I’m not sure what your relationship is like but I do have friends I would absolutely have a sit down talk with and friends I wouldn’t. Maybe she does want it badly enough she’s making herself delude this stuff, but maybe she doesn’t understand. Chemical pregnancies are a thing where you get a positive and then start your period but that doesn’t sound like what’s happening. I personally would try, but you might have to decide if damaging your relationship is worth it

I’d straight up tell her she needs counseling. Her way of thinking isn’t healthy let alone sane.
