I'm experiencing VERY VERY bad cramps, I looked it up and it said it could be a sign of pregnancy?

Cramping can be a sign of implantation/pregnancy. I found out at the dr today I'm pregnant but I'm cramping like crazy today. Take a test, if it's positive see the dr ASAP.

I had such severe pelvic pain the week my period was supposed to show up that I went to the ER. We found out there that I was pregnant and that was the cause of the pain that had me screaming on the floor. The egg implanting itself (a burrowing kind of action) in the uterus can cause cramp-like pain for some. I thought I had appendicitis or an ovarian cyst. Take a test if you are unsure, or schedule an appointment with your doctor. Either way, the next time you see you GP, mention this to them. It might be a symptom of something else.
