What do I say?

For anyone who has miscarried and then gotten pregnant again what do you say when someone asks if this is your first pregnancy? I feel like I should say no it's my second, I feel like if I was to say it was my first that I would just be completely be forgetting my baby in heaven and it's just confusing 😕

I think it depends on who you're talking to and how you feel in the moment.  It's different for me each time.

I'd just say it's my 2nd I tell people all the time this is my 4th even tho I lost my third child I'm not ashamed to talk about him he was my son and I'll announce it to the world I don't care what anyone says I love talking about him it makes me feel better so you do what makes you feel better girl

It depends on the situation and how I'm feeling that day honestly. If people don't know about my losses I'll often say this will be my firstborn (which hopefully it will be)!  Because then I'm not pretending the first two babies didn't exist but also not going into detail. Some people I do tell them that it's my third pregnancy and first two babies are in heaven. It's hard.

Depends. I'm very open about my previous miscarriage, but I know some people aren't comfortable telling people.
