Does anyone else feel strangely prepared?

Not a first time mom, I’m gettinn all my nesting (so I think) done now, I have clothes and nursery functional, but not set up by any means. My baby shower is in 2.5 weeks. Feeling okay physically still. But I could have a baby in 6-9weeks! Why aren’t I freaking out yet 😂

First baby had nothing prepped and realized while I was severely sleep deprived new mom that was dumb. Second baby got wise and knew I wouldn't want to do anything in the third trimester and literally nothing after she is here. All necessities are taken care of now, just waiting at this point.

Oh man! Me too! 😅😅 I was just saying to my husband that if baby decides to come early we’re already ready! Pretty much everything is laundered and put away just gotta set up the baby swing and car seat.

I have a five year old who has a double room its attached to the playroom which we turned into the nursery so we set it up maybe at 25 weeks i washed the old clothes and put them in the dresser and now im just sitting and waiting not worried just waiting lol. I dont know if my mind is blocking out the newborn stage or not but i just feel prepared because i know what im getting into and how hard the struggles will be instead of with the first i had absolutely no clue! So everything was so overwhelmingly new and confusing
