Insomnia ??

Is anyone else experiencing crazy insomnia?? .. I’ve been getting 3 hours of sleep a night followed by another 3 hours where I am unable to fall back and sleep. Eventually I end up getting another 3 hours or so later in the day but I’m exhausted..

Yes! Every night I’m awake between 1am and 5am, just laying awake, for no reason, I can’t fall back asleep no matter how hard I try :( 
I sometimes get a nap in the time otherwise I just go to bed earlier. :)

Yes except mine is anxiety. If I wake up to pee im up for at least 3 hours

Yup! I just can't get comfortable at night. I get hot, then thirsty, then need to pee, and then it all repeats. The last few days I've been waking up every hour and a half to two hours. It sucks!

Yep. All day I talk about how tired and sleepy I am and how I cant wait for bedtime. When it's finally time to go to bed I'm up on my phone for a couple of hours. 😭

Same! I just now sleep and nap when I can and accept the insomnia. I basically just sleep in small spurts around the clock.
