I work in a small office with only about 10 people. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and have yet to tell my boss as every week something else happens that is stressful on his end. We have one out on maternity leave already, we had to let a person go last week, hired someone else (who is also pregnant and only a week behind me). I was planning on telling him today since everything had seemed to calm down a little bit here, but the first thing I get told this morning is someone else put their two weeks in. And his words "it's always something here." So of course now he's stressed again and as am I. I know it's not my problem, but the person quitting falls right into my hands as well as the one whose on maternity leave currently. Ugh.
