Curious if this is how the gums always looks or if she’s fixing to get some teeth this early?

My babes almost 3 months and started cutting her first tooth. Looks kinda like this. I felt around and felt a couple bumps. Plus she is crankier than hell.

If you do not feel a sharp tooth emerge from the gum in a couple days, then it’s probably epstein pearl. It’s still a little early for teeth, so this is likely what it is.
