No Baby shower because no friends

I spent my life running from my family they did horrible things and never cared. I met my husband and it’s just been him and me. He does not have much family outside of his dad. So it’s just us three. I never made friends worried someone would find me in my family. With that We are having our first baby and don’t have the little things of necessity. We are 6weeks 4days

today and currently still adjusting but excited nervous anxious scared. Any help that could be given is greatly appreciative. I don’t really know what to add or put on here. The shock is still on the husband.
