How did you feel when you first found out you were pregnant???

I'm asking because I can't figure this out, not sure if I want to take a test or not. The 22 of November I spotted for 3 days light light spotting. Was supposed to start my period the 1st of December (didn't come) now it's the 8th. Still no period. Here is my syptoms extremely gassy, sick to my stomach randomly, cramping on both sides of my uterus more the right side than anything. Headaches, crabby, and my nipple hurt (tmi). I need your help how did you feel when you first found out you were pregnant? Any sound familiar? Do I chalk it up as I had a period those three days just an abnormal one? Or do I take a test and pretty much expect it to be positive. This is long I know. But I really need insight please don't read and not respond.
