I am 6 weeks & 5 days pregnant. Yesterday I started bleeding & it was bright red. During the day the blood turned darker, then i stopped bleeding. Today I started spotting dark brown again. I went to the ER, my baby was still there with a heart rate of 108bpm. The doctor put me on bed rest for the next 3 days & told me to follow up with my OBGYN. I had a miscarriage earlier this year so im extremely nervous. Has this ever happened to any of you guys??
