I use an African exfoliating net.

With my skin conditions, hand. Anything else causes a reaction.

Wash cloths. I used to use loofas but I didn’t like that I couldn’t wash them after every use.

I use a brush, and use my hands for other areas.

A mix. Usually washcloth, but sometimes just hands, sometimes a loofa. Depends on how my skin is doing and what’s on it. Sunscreen needs some scrub action. 
My favorite, which I don’t do often because it dries me out but feels amazing…intense exfoliating scrub then follow up with fluffy soft washcloth.
