Moving frozen breastmilk supply
So we are moving at the end of the month and I am stressing out cause I have been struggling with a low supply, and do a combination of pumping and nursing since my little one doesn't effectively empty my breasts. I finally have a decent amount of milk stored in the freezer and I don't want to loose it when we move cross country. Any advice on moving frozen breast milk? I don't want all that hard work to be wasted!
