Can any mother help?

Hey ladies, I was wondering if you could help me. My daughter is 7 weeks old tomorrow and I noticed a small spot, what looks like a milk spot on her nipple. She has had it for roughly a week now and was wondering if anyone knows what it is or experienced it before? Tried to contact my Health Visitor but she never seems to answer and when she does she always says she'll call back and doesn't.

Very possibly something called “witch’s milk” - caused by hormones from mama. Totally normal but don’t hesitate to see the doctor if there are any other symptoms. Just wipe the babe clean and don’t mess with it otherwise.

My son had this as well. Happened around week 3 and didn’t last more than 2 weeks. He’s 7 weeks now and it’s gone

My son has this! We are on week 3 of it. I’ve been waiting to see the doctor next week. It doesn’t bother him. Let me know if you find out what it is!
