3 month old baby, teething?!

Hey ladies! My daughter is nearly 12 weeks old already! She decided to hit a bunch of milestones the last couple weeks. Trying to sit up and gets mad when she's not upright, giggling, sleeping through the night, rolling over more , and now apparently teething?! She started gnawing at her hand to the point it got really red, so I felt around in her mouth and did find to small white bumps. She started getting more cranky the past few days too. Tried to give her some teething toys but she only wants her soother. 😩 is this really happening? Anyone else having their babies starting early?
