Implant out… what’s next?

Today I had my implant out and whilst in the doctors my doctor was really pushing for me to have a different type of contraception because I’m not yet ready for a baby.

Due to having migraines with loss of sight I can’t take most pills. I’ve had the one pill I am allow but I was mood AF like unbelievably. I got the implant out after about 2.5 year due to the severe anxiety attacks and bouts of depression (I never really suffered with either until I had this implant in). So the doctor highly recommended the copper coil. Heads a bit scrambled. Anyone had this??
