What should I do if I am pregnant?

I'm 19, engaged and will get married in June 2016. My S/O and I are doing okay finance wise, but thats because we're just taking care of ourselves and my cat. And we can always make the room for a baby, but it might be a little cramped. My family is mostly christian, so they believe in waiting until marriage to have sex/kids and don't know my S/O and I have sex. But where I live, the government will send you a small check to make sure you have money for your baby. I'm gonna call the doctor tomorrow to get a urine pregnancy test done, but I just wanna be prepared just in case it turns up positive. What should I do?
