Should I work with my husband or have my own career

We have a 7 month old son i work 2 days a week at a family owned restaurant

Either I stay with them I make more money $ and it's more convenient for my son (I work whatever hours I want)

Or I go to vet assisting which is what I went to school for which is 1$ above minimum wage but at least in time I can make more and gain more experience and I get to have my own career.

For my son i feel like the better choice is the family business but what if we get divorced? I have no skills or qualifications.

I don't think we will but everyone around me is divorced and makes me think anything can happen.

The family business is my hubby his mom and his bro/sis
