Is it implantation bleeding ??

Hey ladies. I have been spotting for three days now. It’s a brown spotting from the day of my expected period according to this app. I will attach a picture below. Am confused as it is my implantation bleeding or my period is coming. I feel pain sometimes in my lower abdomen. Am really confused. Gone though laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and chocolate cyst in the month of June and in July I also bleed for 5 days as my usual monthly cycle. Can you guys help me out with this. Thank you.
