I've been having lower abdomen soreness/dull pain pretty much the whole time I've been pregnant. Most recently the dull pain is coming from my bladder. I think I need to pee but only have to go a little. It feels like muscular pain but I'm only 10 weeks. I've been chalking it up to pregnancy growing pains but I'm unsure how normal this is. Any advice?
