It's literally completely fine. All you have to do is watch your caffeine intake. Limit 1 red bull a day. Don't feel guilt mama, whatsoever. You're doing great!

One time isn't going to hurt him. I occasionally had a redbull while breastfeeding my 3 kids and none of them ever had a reaction to it. Though I didn't make it a habit because it's just too much sugar to consume regularly.
