Restless leg and can’t breathe good at night
I’m 25 weeks with my second and I forgot how bad I get restless legs! Any tips? Also I have GD again this time idk if it’s related but at night I wake up around 2 am feeling like I can’t breathe. I am diet controlled and my numbers are great but the only relief I get is around 2am I eat a protein snack and sit on the couch and about an hour later I feel like I can breathe again. Any ideas on what it could be ?
