Potty training day #4

It is the 4th day of potty training and it just doesn’t seem to click. My toddler will pee on the potty if we prompt him but won’t tell us that he has to pee and unless we prompt him he will pee on the floor. Today he wanted to wear underwear and he peed in the underwear. Does it start clicking?
