im always worrying about autism

he's language is good he knows about 150+ words, knows all the colors, he will point, wave, clap, will follow commands, know how to pretend play, will respond to his names, has very good eye contact,can stack toys, know to play with puzzles,  ect but what im worry is that

.he flaps his hands when excited or mad

. loves to spin the wheels on his toys

.loves to watch the ceiling fan

. loves the washer and dryer

. loves the lights around the house or anywhere

. will turn his eyes to the side sometimes when playing with me[not so much tho]

.swing his whole arm with a toy in his hand

im i worrying to much? is this normal? i asked his dr and she said that he's normal that every kid do all of this.

any advice? thank you in advance
