Really thought I was

So gutted my period has started 1 day late. I had a lot of signs of being pregnant, got my hopes up (know I shouldn't) now I could cry. Been off the pill 2-3 months now but only been doing this properly for 1 month. I can't help but worry that something is wrong why does it take so long.

Be grateful for some words of wisdom
