When do flutters change to kicks?

I’ve felt flutters on and off since 16 weeks, not daily just sometimes. I’m 18 weeks tomorrow and just wondering when I might feel the first good strong kick Im waiting on 😌

I could feel noticeable flutters around like 16/17 weeks which eventually got stronger, and then all of a sudden this past week at 24 weeks the kicks became strong,  boyfriend was even able to feel for the first time!
