If you can check your blood pressure and maybe call your after hours nurses’ line. It could be a sign of preeclampsia. Swelling could go down by resting your legs in an elevated position as well instead of walking around. This happened to me in my first pregnancy but only until the last two weeks.

I had swelling like this with my first baby, walking actually made it worse. I did ice baths and would keep my legs elevated as high as I could stand. I was constantly checking my bp, my doc said some women just swell really bad. Mine didn’t really go down until about 3 weeks after having my baby.
