Emergency c section

I had to have a c section on dec 5. I feel like my incision area is really swollen and kind of numb. Has anyone else experienced that? Does it eventually go down? I gained 40 lbs when I was pregnant and have only lost 12. I was expecting to lose more after birth and am feeling slightly insecure :( not to mention my back hurts. My incision hurts. I have to slowly walk up stairs and bending over sucks. R these what they call the post partum Blues?  However everytime I look t my little girl I know it's ll worth it.
