Spasms start in leg and go to butt cheek?

Hi all, I'm 20w4d and today started getting these spasm like sharp twinges started from back of my thigh into my butt cheek. Anyone else experience anything like this? Also I still havent felt any baby kicks or flutters yet, anyone the same?

I get that alll the time... Makes me stop, stand in awkward position and grab my butt because I suddenly can't walk 🤣 mine starts in the cheek and goes down into the leg.

Sounds like sciatica,  there are exercises that can help. It's due to how baby and your uterus are leaning on your sciatic nerve.
