Back to work soon

I plan to go back to work when my baby is 9 weeks old…which is a little more than 2.5 weeks away 😭😭😭

I am planning to speak with my boss before I go back to discuss my needs (pumping, no evening hours, etc). My work is now requiring the vaccine for all employees and we still have to wear masks because they said the delta variant is so bad. I kinda want to ask my boss if I can work from home if things are that bad.

Anyone else meeting with their boss before they return to work? What accommodations are you requesting?
