Lots of bleeding

Hey guys.

I just want to share in case anyone experiences this.

So last night I had cramping on my left side and when I went to the washroom, there was a lot of bright red blood in the toilet & when I wiped. I called my clinic but obviously they were closed and I debated crying myself to sleep but decided I was going to emergency, knowing that they’d send me home because I am so early and nothing they can do if I was having a miscarriage. I had the sweetest triage nurse, who comforted me & was just the best.. followed by the best doctor & nurse. I told them I felt stupid because what could they do. They told me it’s so important to be seen & made me feel not so dumb. Anyways, cramping stopped after an hour and my bleeding did as well after a while. I never soaked a pad which they were worried about but every time I used bathroom, there was blood (like my period) when I wiped & peed. They took my bloodwork & said everything was normal with a hcg of 5234. Then they ordered an ultrasound. They said my little nugget is where it should be & everything looked good. I did not have tears left. I still don’t know what to think… I am happy but terrified. They said it’s normal for alot of people to bleed a lot and even have clots.
