Lightning Crotch or Contractions?

This is my first pregnancy and I’m 33 weeks today. I’ve been experiencing what I think is lightning crotch the past 2 days. It it a sudden sharp pain in my crotch area that only lasts a second and then goes away as fast as it happens but strong enough to make me double over in pain. It’s super irregular so I don’t think it’s contractions but I’ve also been experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions as well. Is anyone else going through this as well or have gone through this in their last pregnancy? I would appreciate any reassurances or advice on how to handle it.
