So I haven’t dated since February of 2020. I have an almost 8 month old daughter with my ex. After my ex and I broke up I started talking to one of his best friends. He was in a relationship at the time. Anyways fast forward to this June I ask him how his relationship is. He said his ex broke up with him. A few weeks of us talking goes by and I develop feelings for him.

I tell him and he said he has feelings for me too but he’s not ready to date and thinks we’d be better off as friends because his mom is judgemental and would judge me for being a young mom. He cares about me a lot. He’s protective of me too. He said he’d fight the guy who raped me in high school and has been threatening me recently.

Anyways we’ve been having dreams of us dating. Both of our dreams get pretty sexual and we started talking a few days ago about the dreams that got sexual. He’s made it clear that he’s not ready for a relationship. And he’s worried that if we have sex then it would ruin our friendship.

All in all, do you guys think that he has feelings for me and wants a relationship with me someday?
